However, in order to demonstrate quite clearly the truth of the matter we would refer you to the attached e-mails from Thomas Brandner which expose the blatant lies contained in the accusations. The facts of the matter are:-

  • 1. Conditionaire Limited produced the first energy saver in 2004 which was subsequently copied by a Company in the Netherlands.
  • 2. The product for the Company in the Netherlands was manufactured in Germany by the father of Thomas Brandner.
  • 3. Negotiations by Conditionaire Limited to buy the IPR owned by the Netherlands Company eventually failed but during this time Thomas Brandner had been assisting the Netherlands Company with their marketing.
  • 4. Thomas Brandner then applied to become a Distributor for Conditionaire and was not accepted.
  • 5. Thomas Brandner then obtained the IPR owned by the Netherlands Company from his father and formed his own Company to market, initiallly, the "powermiser" and this name was subsequently changed to AIRCOSAVER to attempt to identify with AIRCON ENERGY SAVER.
  • 6. We do not publish this information to denigrate any other product but merely to set the record straight.
  • 7. The AIRCON ENERGY SAVER has no connnection with, and NEVER has, the AIRCOSAVER and the AIRCON ENERGY SAVER operates on a far more advanced logic than any other similar products and is manufactured to the highest standards in England.
